·Teflon Etched PTFE Wire: ptfe (polytetrafluoroethylene) wbr non-stick coating can be used continuously at 260℃, with a maximum use temperature of 290-wbr300℃, extremely low friction coefficient, good wear resistance and excellent chemical stability sex. We manufacture variety of PTFE insulated hookup wires in small-to-large gauge, solid as well as stranded, prominently used for making internal connections. They having uniform insulation thickness around the central conductor compared to the wires insulated by the extrusion process.

·Teflon Fep wire: FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer) wbr non-stick coating melts and flows to form a non-porous film during baking, has excellent chemical stability, wbr excellent non-stick characteristics, the highest operating temperature is 200°C.

·Teflon PFA wire: PFA (perfluoroalkyl compound) wbr non-stick coating, like fep, melts and flows during baking to form a non-porous film. The advantage of wbrpfa is that it has a higher continuous use temperature of 260°C and stronger stiffness and toughness. Wbr is particularly suitable for anti-sticking and chemical resistance applications under high temperature conditions.

·Teflon ETFE wire: etfe is a copolymer of ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene, wbr the resin is the toughest fluoropolymer, can form a layer of highly durable coating, wbr has excellent chemical resistance, and Work continuously at 150°C.

1. Non-stickiness: Almost all substances are not bonded to the Teflon film. The thin film of wbr also shows good non-stick properties.
2. Heat resistance: Teflon film has excellent heat resistance and low temperature resistance. Wbr can withstand high temperature to 300℃ in a short time, and generally can be used continuously between 240℃~260℃. Wbr has remarkable thermal stability. Wbr can work at freezing temperature without embrittlement and will not melt at high temperature.
3. Sliding property: Teflon coating film has a low friction coefficient. The friction coefficient changes when the wbr load slides, but the value is only between 0.05-0.wbr15.
4. Moisture resistance: The surface of the Teflon coating film does not stick to water and oil, and it is not easy to stick to the solution during the production operation of wbr. If there is a small amount of dirt, it can be removed by simply wiping. The wbr downtime is short, saving man-hours and improving work efficiency.
5. Wear resistance: Under high load, it has excellent wear resistance. Under a certain load, wbr has the dual advantages of wear resistance and non-sticking.
6. Corrosion resistance: Teflon is hardly corroded by chemicals, and wbr can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.
