Tin plated nickel wire is developed for applications where severe operating environments may degrade conventional conductor materials. It is widely used for the conductor or connecting wire for electronic components, the tin coating is easy for wire soldering, nickel body is goods for heating transmission, which is suitable for the high-speed reaction sensor.
Properties of Tin coated nickel wire:
1. Nickel is a harder metal than other common coatings and has excellent high-temperature resistance. Bare copper wires from Ø0,8 to 2,0 mm is electroplated with nickel layer thickness acc.
2. Tin plating provides strong electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, and improves the solderability of base metals, otherwise, they cannot be effectively soldered. Bare copper wires from Ø0,8 to 2,9 mm is electroplated with tin layer thickness ACC.
